The palate blessed us with tutti-frutti, rhubarb and custard, bitter lemon and blackcurrant fruit leathers; then a slightly tingly finish of pencil shavings, ginger, curry leaf and coconut. The reduced nose combined fruit teas with dried flowers and Jaffa cakes with foamy bananas.
