Water moves things towards rum, olive oil, dried sultanas, bicycle inner tube, crystallised ginger, banana bread, walnut oil, mustard seeds, chocolate orange, fermenting lemons and digestive sweetness. The palate is surprisingly fulsome given the triple distillation. Lots of cough medicine, black pepper, leather, wood spices, dried stone fruits, panna cotta, creme caramel, strawberry jam, dark fruit chutney, flapjack and mint chocolate chip. With water this moves towards bitter dark chocolate, old balsamic, pecan pie, raspberry cordial, elderflower champagne, rose petals, Turkish delight, blueberry muffins and toasted oak.
