With time a \u003cstrong\u003eperfumed floral scent\u003c\/strong\u003e took over which reminded some of a ‘lady of the night’. Hot and almost \u003cstrong\u003eover-the-top sweet perfumed\u003c\/strong\u003e flavours attacked the taste buds neat and only a dash of water released the pressure. Now a lot more balanced, \u003cstrong\u003espicy tart with pepper sauce and star fruit,\u003c\/strong\u003e polished conkers using beeswax and in the taste, puff pastry with cinnamon sugar and \u003cstrong\u003eBourbon glaze\u003c\/strong\u003e.
