Spicy wood and pencil cases on the palate ventured through cinnamon sticks and cloves before a burst of fruit delivered passionfruit, peaches, apricots and wild strawberries. Adding water created an apple theme on the nose, coated with dried coconut and lime marmalade before being served on rice pudding.
