To taste, we enjoyed an entertaining mixture of Indian chicken jalfrezi (a spicy dish with tomato sauce, garam masala and chunky onions and peppers) and grilled teriyaki chicken skewers. Following reduction we cooked, using all these herbs, a lamb cutlet with roasted vegetables.
