The palate continued the apple and lemon themes, but also found spice (Indian curry, star anise) and menthol and eucalyptus - ‘the tastiest mouthwash ever’. Water sweetened the nose (fondant-filled chocolate, vanilla slice, salt-water taffy), while the fruit became strawberry, blueberry, plum jam and rhubarb crumble.
