Given time some notes of rolling tobacco, trampled ferns, marzipan and salted caramel chews all appear. With water we find freshly baked bread, pinecones, petrichor, pollen and then a resurgent sweetness in the form of plum sauce, condensed milk and grape must. The palate is classical and fruit-forward. Melon, lemon, then a robust earthiness, dried thyme, horseradish, wasabi peas, herbal toothpaste and instant ramen noodles. With water it becomes almost rum-like with these notes of bicycle chain, lighter fluid and hot esters. There are liquorice flavoured cigarette papers, bitter lime extracts, dunnage and fermenting tropical fruits.
