The taste neat is like a grand jeté (full leg splits in mid-air) between sweet fatty flavours of coconut whipped cream on a ripe mango salad and a Thai ginger chicken stir fry. With water we were sitting comfortably in wooden patio deck chairs, a nutmeg spiced fruit punch in one hand and a bag of monkey nuts (in shell peanuts) infused with Tabasco seasoning in the other.
