The palate was a \u003cstrong\u003ebitter-sweet experience\u003c\/strong\u003e – vanilla, chocolate and \u003cstrong\u003esugared strawberry\u003c\/strong\u003e sweetness against more bitter aspects of wood, lime, ash and \u003cstrong\u003efloral perfumes\u003c\/strong\u003e. With water, the nose presented \u003cstrong\u003erose and lime chocolate creams\u003c\/strong\u003e in paper cups in a wooden box.
