The distinctive character of soft leather merged with exotic coffee and ripe oranges from warm climates. A dash of water presented us with tots of spiced rum, resplendent in molasses, liquorice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Darker notes of prunes and figs joined banana skins and sticky buns whilst the finish set sail towards forbidden lands of cloves, dark chocolate and cola cubes.
