The taste made the hair on the back of our necks stand on end, razor-sharp, graphite oil, herbal ointment with a long oak spiced finish. With water, plenty of dark cherry and very ripe strawberry aromas combined with forest floor notes, whilst on the palate, concentrated sweet fruit with subtle savoury oak in the background and smooth tannins.
