Barley was fresh from the field with elements of gorse bushes and clean soil. The first sip uncovered a true masterpiece however; a bold and spicy amalgamation of ginger, cinnamon and chestnuts. Truffle oil and walnuts coated with viscous textures whilst apples and gooseberries balanced with a racy zing. Changing again with water, we found whiffs of sea air, oyster shells and sand dune grasses blowing in the breeze.
