The palate started out quite \u003cstrong\u003etropical and fruity\u003c\/strong\u003e – red Ribena ice lollies, \u003cstrong\u003eraspberry sauce over ice-cream\u003c\/strong\u003e and blue Slush Puppy, before shifting to \u003cstrong\u003epineapple cake\u003c\/strong\u003e, white wine and bitter lemon. The reduced nose cheered us with \u003cstrong\u003eapple strudel and pear flan\u003c\/strong\u003e on a wooden board, served with Blooming Marvellous tea.
