How about a dessert made with \u003cstrong\u003ewhipped ricotta, rhubarb, candied olives and tarragon syrup.\u003c\/strong\u003e  Let’s give it a try; sweet and spicy with some creaminess and sourness, flavours of \u003cstrong\u003evanilla,\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003ecinnamon\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eTurkish delight\u003c\/strong\u003e and rhubarb – all well balanced.
