Very juicy on the palate neat with plenty of heat like ginger-spiced mulled wine and a pleasant lasting finish of redcurrant relish. When we added a drop of water a warm woody aroma emerged and while one of us sat in a tree eating apricots, the others carved wood from of old whisky staves.
