On the palate a truly \u003cstrong\u003esweet smoky sensation\u003c\/strong\u003e to start, then dark fruits, blackberry jam with lime juice and \u003cstrong\u003esmoked plum lemonade\u003c\/strong\u003e (using grilled lemons), added a zing to our barbeque. Drop of water and more sweetness appeared on the nose; \u003cstrong\u003eslightly burnt doughnuts\u003c\/strong\u003e, hot cross buns and toffee apples.
