The taste neat surprised us all, ‘like a \u003cstrong\u003edragon breathing fire’\u003c\/strong\u003e or ‘\u003cstrong\u003ewalking barefoot over hot coals’\u003c\/strong\u003e. After the initial heat, \u003cstrong\u003erich dark burnt caramel\u003c\/strong\u003e, toasted malt and molasses with a hint of sweet peppermint mints in the finish.
