The colour had a \u003cstrong\u003eglow\u003c\/strong\u003e and so had the aroma; ember, \u003cstrong\u003earomatic charred wood\u003c\/strong\u003e, a freshly brewed \u003cstrong\u003esteaming hot cup of nettle tea\u003c\/strong\u003e and making blackberry compote. The taste was \u003cstrong\u003eherbal, salty, dry\u003c\/strong\u003e and quite some heat, but all in perfect balance with flavours of roasted chestnuts and \u003cstrong\u003edry cured Black\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eForest ham\u003c\/strong\u003e. Water brought out more sweetness like toasting marshmallows or \u003cstrong\u003ecaramelizing sugar on\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003ea Crème Brulee\u003c\/strong\u003e.
