The main course was sweet and slightly ashy, \u003cstrong\u003ebarbequed succulent herbal sausages\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eSwedish meatballs\u003c\/strong\u003e, dry-cured smoked ham and summertime sweet pickles.
