The mouth then became wrapped with delightfully silky textures that combined white chocolate mice with lemon oils and melted ice cream. With water, the citrus character moved to lemon curd and thick cream with shavings of lemon skin. Hints of caramelised red apples joined with plum jam while in the background lingered savoury elements and cashew nuts.
