Fruit driven notes continued with aged cider and spiced apple chutney that incorporated elements of lemon oil. A puff of white pepper tickled the senses as chilli oil awakened the tongue to greater sweetness, ginger and baked banana. Adding water released a rather more sophisticated realm of jasmine green tea and herbs d'Provence. Soft pears and pineapple danced with dried apple chunks whilst the spiciness of rye bread arrived with a serving of thick cut marmalade.
