Brilliant albeit, no surprise, a little tamer; \u003cstrong\u003eroasted pineapple with honey and\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003epistachio\u003c\/strong\u003e, candies tangerine peel and the soft spiciness of \u003cstrong\u003egingered gooseberry ch\u003c\/strong\u003eutney. Water added surprising freshness, \u003cstrong\u003elemonade with orange blossom water\u003c\/strong\u003e and the taste was simply ‘to die for’.
