With water it seemed more \u003cstrong\u003estraightforwardly sweet\u003c\/strong\u003e – eliciting a long list of confectionery – pineapple cubes, \u003cstrong\u003esherbet straws, rhubarb rock\u003c\/strong\u003e, etc. The neat palate was an intriguing \u003cstrong\u003esweet and tart combination\u003c\/strong\u003e (lemon meringue pie, raspberry jam, dandelion and burdock), but with \u003cstrong\u003ewarming ginger and Liquorice Allsorts\u003c\/strong\u003e spiciness creeping up behind.
