The palate was \u003cstrong\u003elip-smacking and tongue-tickling\u003c\/strong\u003e – mainly sweet and fruity (pineapple cake, \u003cstrong\u003ebrown sugar on pink grapefruit\u003c\/strong\u003e, candied lemon, pick-n-mix) but with floral notes and \u003cstrong\u003eplayful, tingling woody spices\u003c\/strong\u003e at the end. The reduced nose found \u003cstrong\u003epavlova and sherbet lemons\u003c\/strong\u003e – comments included \u003cstrong\u003e‘warm and inviting’\u003c\/strong\u003e and ‘my kind of whisky!’ The palate was \u003cstrong\u003esweetly succulent\u003c\/strong\u003e, with juicy melons and ‘dessert trolleys going by’. \u003c\/p\u003e\nDrinking tip: In a Jacuzzi, dreaming of tropical beaches.
