We then tried one of them; mild spiced aubergine and coconut curry with cumin, mustard and curry leaves – mmm so good and so tasty! With a little water we imagined being on a traditional Portuguese wooden cargo boat (rabelo) sailing the Douro valley to the city of Porto sipping white Port wine whilst nibbling on white chocolate toffee cashew nuts.
