After reduction we discovered more alcohol-infused goodness, with a Jamaican coffee liqueur chocolate mousse and brandied maraschino cherries. To taste, we were back in the Caribbean enjoying a rum and cola, also known as cuba libre, with a slice of lime and a bowl of crunchy honey-roasted almonds.
