The taste neat was \u003cstrong\u003eintense, \u003c\/strong\u003esweet and malty like a coffee and walnut sponge cake or \u003cstrong\u003emolasses banana-oat bread\u003c\/strong\u003e. Water added to the complexity; \u003cstrong\u003ecarrot cake\u003c\/strong\u003e with a brown sugar cream frosting, sticky toffee pudding and a glass of \u003cstrong\u003eOloroso Dulce\u003c\/strong\u003e.
