The sweet, viscous palate had toffee, \u003cstrong\u003esweet coconut\u003c\/strong\u003e and mussels, with \u003cstrong\u003efantastically muted smoke\u003c\/strong\u003e (wood smoke and \u003cstrong\u003earomatic cigars\u003c\/strong\u003e) – the finish and odd mixture of sherry vinegar and \u003cstrong\u003elemon zest\u003c\/strong\u003e. On the reduced nose – jam sponge, splashes of citrus and enjoying \u003cstrong\u003eCoquilles St Jacques\u003c\/strong\u003e among the gorse bushes. The palate now – \u003cstrong\u003elemon squeezed on calamari\u003c\/strong\u003e, key lime pie and \u003cstrong\u003esalty Twiglets\u003c\/strong\u003e.
