The neat palate was very sweet – \u003cstrong\u003etreacle toffee\u003c\/strong\u003e, rum cake, Dr Peppers, and \u003cstrong\u003eCalypso\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003ecoffee\u003c\/strong\u003e, but with hints of perfume and Benylin linctus offering \u003cstrong\u003eintrigue and interest\u003c\/strong\u003e. The reduced nose suggested cinder toffee, \u003cstrong\u003efly cemeteries\u003c\/strong\u003e (fruit slice) and sherry trifle with \u003cstrong\u003elady finger biscuits\u003c\/strong\u003e in the bottom.
