The neat palate offers Luxardo maraschino cherries, figgy pudding, marzipan, cardamom and plenty of heat. The reduced nose had one panelist at the breakfast table with warm buttered pancakes and maple syrup while another enjoyed custard pie and candied figs. Honey ham, Raisinettes, anise, barley wine and geosmin all made an appearance on the reduced palate, with more delicious figgy pudding and Red Hots on the finish.
