The palate, zingy with orange soda and lavender honey, was underpinned by a deep leather backbone. Water added floral peat notes to the nose, with cloudy lemonade and a rosemary-seasoned first aid kit provisioned outside the sauna. The palate finished with birch water, pine resin and smoked clementines on beeswax.
