The palate presents a tempting trilogy of tastes – mellow smoke, exquisite sweetness (toffee, Turkish Delight, fruit flan, melon, custard tart) and heady floral perfumes. The reduced nose finds tropical fruits – lime marmalade, physalis, persimmon, apricot, mango peel, orange muscat.
