This was accompanied, on the palate, by dark \u003cstrong\u003echocolate soufflé with smoked salt\u003c\/strong\u003e and a sweet mint and almond pesto. Water added a \u003cstrong\u003eseafood shack on the harbour\u003c\/strong\u003e, but again slightly out of the ordinary as honey-roasted parsnips, brown sugar glazed carrots and \u003cstrong\u003eAlsatian bacon and onion tart (tarte flambée)\u003c\/strong\u003e were being prepared.
