The \u003cstrong\u003emussels\u003c\/strong\u003e in creamy white wine sauce and \u003cstrong\u003elobster bisque\u003c\/strong\u003e had already been served and we were just searing juicy \u003cstrong\u003escallops\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eking prawns\u003c\/strong\u003e with sweet chilli sauce. Pouring another glass of vintage \u003cstrong\u003eGerman Riesling\u003c\/strong\u003e we prepared the \u003cstrong\u003esmoked duck\u003c\/strong\u003e and ribs with sticky glaze to go with a \u003cstrong\u003efennel and cream sauce\u003c\/strong\u003e and pea and ham soup.
