On the palate initially like \u003cstrong\u003eshrimp a la plancha with ‘Pimenton de la Vera Dulce’\u003c\/strong\u003e (sweet smoked pepper) and garlic oil followed by \u003cstrong\u003ecrispy lobster skewer \u003c\/strong\u003ewith green papaya and mint salad.
