The palate etched our tongues with \u003cstrong\u003esubstantial sweet peat smoke\u003c\/strong\u003e, aniseed, butterscotch and sugary espresso dregs – \u003cstrong\u003eelegant yet powerful\u003c\/strong\u003e – a tiny troop of ballet dancers pirouetting on our taste-buds, leaving spiral traces of \u003cstrong\u003esmoky cicatrisation\u003c\/strong\u003e. The reduced nose suggested \u003cstrong\u003escorched coconut\u003c\/strong\u003e, caraway crackers, liquorice and \u003cstrong\u003emetal snuff boxes\u003c\/strong\u003e.
