On the neat palate, we found \u003cstrong\u003ebarbecued prawns\u003c\/strong\u003e and lobster shells, treacle toffee, ginger cake, leather, prunes, \u003cstrong\u003ecigars, dark rum, sherry and smoke \u003c\/strong\u003e– rich and \u003cstrong\u003eslightly challenging\u003c\/strong\u003e for some.
