With water it turned into a picture of a Danish fisherman, \u003cstrong\u003echewing liquorice and drinking tea\u003c\/strong\u003e - cigarette ash, singed hay and \u003cstrong\u003etarry ropes on a wooden deck\u003c\/strong\u003e – we loved it. The palate also had \u003cstrong\u003esmoke, ash and salt \u003c\/strong\u003e– plus sweet mussels and scallops simply cooked on a \u003cstrong\u003ebeach barbeque\u003c\/strong\u003e.
