The palate was \u003cstrong\u003edeeply satisfying and full of personality\u003c\/strong\u003e – wood embers, ash, burnt lavender, liquorice and \u003cstrong\u003esmoked fish and tarry ropes on a wooden boat\u003c\/strong\u003e. The reduced nose had \u003cstrong\u003everbena and heather\u003c\/strong\u003e chucked on a fire of young wood – \u003cstrong\u003earomatic and pleasantly invigorating\u003c\/strong\u003e.
