Beyond that we got \u003cstrong\u003egooseberry and lemon\u003c\/strong\u003e, salted caramel and \u003cstrong\u003ebubble-gum bonbons\u003c\/strong\u003e – maybe also some bacon crisps. The palate was deliciously \u003cstrong\u003esmoky, salty and floral\u003c\/strong\u003e – violets, lavender and sherbet straws, with \u003cstrong\u003edry earthy spices\u003c\/strong\u003e and an almost \u003cstrong\u003ecoal-dust minerality\u003c\/strong\u003e. The reduced nose evoked swimming pools in \u003cstrong\u003eexotic parks or gardens\u003c\/strong\u003e, scented candles, dried seaweed and \u003cstrong\u003eburnt paper in a bee-smoker\u003c\/strong\u003e.
