The palate gave us a lick of liquorice and a dab of sherbet, zingy lemon zest, unripe figs, green melon, crystallised fruits, banana bread with walnuts and ginger and oak to finish. The reduced nose offered lime marmalade, boiled sweets, stone fruits and a squeeze of lemon.
