Impressions of a warm garden centre with lemon, kiwi and citronella candles. The mouth was full of bourbon spices, luscious papaya and ripe mango. Then corn on the cob slathered in butter, fresh ginger and paprika. Reduction brings vibrant fruit salad juices, honey, fresh oak, hard toffee and milk chocolate biscuits dunked in espresso.
