The palate was spicy with bags of sweetness as sweet chilli sauce and ginger biscuits joined caramel and butterscotch before heavy oak tannins found coconut husk. Notes of aged rum emerged with water as banana skins and raisons became lost among pine needles and herbal tones that ventured into spearmint.
