We were hoping of shedding some light on it when we had our first taste neat. The initial impact was \u003cstrong\u003edry\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ebitter\u003c\/strong\u003e and persistent like a piece of \u003cstrong\u003e99% cacao chocolate melting slowly in your mouth\u003c\/strong\u003e – quite an experience but we absolutely loved it!
