The taste was that of \u003cstrong\u003eseared duck breast with red wine\u003c\/strong\u003e and orange sauce. With water; \u003cstrong\u003ecinnamon roasted pineapples\u003c\/strong\u003e and cinder toffee and the \u003cstrong\u003enever ending finish\u003c\/strong\u003e was a dark \u003cstrong\u003echocolate cake flavoured with Barolo Chinato\u003c\/strong\u003e and served with whipped cream and raspberries – pure indulgence.
