On the palate, a lusciously sweet and a spicy heat; malted custard French toast with a warm spicy gingery compote and lemon peel. A drop of water and the sea breeze made a lovely rustling sound gently swishing the marram grass on the dunes and the scent of vanilla custard, white chocolate, lavender and rosewater emerged.
