Then rum and raisin ice cream joined lemons and coconut as we moved towards fresh oak coated with a fine layer of wax. On the palate came apples baked with raisins followed by pineapple juice and tropical fruit jelly sweets. With water, a more fragrant side appeared as rose water and chocolate-covered Turkish delight fused with marzipan and malted cereals while again waxy notes arrived.
