A particularly light mouthfeel danced over cashew nut oil and toasted oak before gently settling on pineapple sorbet and salted caramel chocolate. With water came lovely candle wax textures that coated Madeira cake, burnt toffee and dried prunes as maple syrup oozed over apples and orange peel.
