Also some notes of cod liver oil, mustard powder and chicken stock. With reduction it became sweeter and more playful, notes of Twister ice lollies, strawberries and cream and malt loaf. The neat palate displayed initial flavours of hot buttered wholegrain toast, tiger balm, floral waxiness and runny honey drizzled over mashed banana.
