Immediate notes of wood char, black pepper, teriyaki chicken, game sauce and TCP were all detected. Some black peppercorns, tar and iodine drops too. With water we got pickled onion crisps, roof felt and burnt sage along with balsamic glaze sweetness. The mouth opened with some kind of herbal tonic wine - smoked Buckfast we mused. Then natural tar extracts, sooty peat smoke and charred sirloin steak on a hot skillet.
